At Green Seed our focus is providing our neighbors and guests with the freshest, most flavorful, seasonal produce.  Available in on our retail shelves or  through our chef-driven menu. Focused on highlighting the produce during it’s peak season and introducing our neighbors and guests to a variety of ingredients not commonly found in your local grocery stores.  We want to be the Anti-Grocery Store, helping to create a new definition of fresh produce.  Throughout the year and specifically during the growing seasons we will be working with local farms surrounding the Denver area to source a variety of local produce.
